BusinessVision 32, Small Business Edition
The advanced technological features of BusinessVision 32 Limited Edition (LE) include twelve fully-integrated modules, delivering a robust, industrial-strength, business management and accounting system for today's business environment. With the addition of an optional LAN Pack, BusinessVision 32 LE can be used by up to three users concurrently.

BusinessVision CustomPack

Designed to complement BusinessVision 32, CustomPack is a unique customizable product comprised of five powerful elements: Customer Specific Pricing, WorkBook, Mail Merge, Document Linking, and SuperTicker.

Multiple Currency Manager

Fully-integrated with BusinessVision 32, the Multiple Currency Manager provides the ability to enter, process and report on business and accounting tasks in foreign currencies. Designed to automatically perform foreign currency accounting and conversions to base currency – all in real-time! The unique AutoPost feature actually creates the required foreign currency journal entries and General Ledger accounts automatically – no manual set-up of multiple foreign accounts required – simply process the transaction and appropriate General Ledger accounts for the currency are created on-the-fly.

Designed to complement BusinessVision 32, CustomPack is a unique customizable product comprised of five powerful elements: Customer Specific Pricing, WorkBook, Mail Merge, Document Linking, and SuperTicker.

Customer Specific Pricing
Designed for those companies with special or contract pricing requirements. Customer Specific Pricing enables users to provide unique pricing for specific inventory items sold to certain customers. Special prices can be copied from one customer to another, and start/end dates (expiry dates) can easily be established. Important information can be viewed, such as existing specific prices established for a particular customer; the last twenty prices charged to a customer, and the highest, lowest and average prices used. With Customer Specific Pricing, the right price is always charged at the right time!

WorkBook

One of the most exciting elements of CustomPack is the unique and unparalleled WorkBook! WorkBook can be used to easily customize the system to meet the unique requirements of most industries and businesses - adding up to 50 new fields to each major module. For example, users may need to record certain additional information about their customers, such as alternate addresses, years in business, membership dates, special contracts, etc. For inventory items, they might want to use long descriptions or descriptions in other languages, alternate part numbers, and vendor specifications. They might even want to create work orders associated with regular orders, or track and retain special information about jobs, bills of material, employees, etc. The combinations of ideas and uses are virtually limitless! WorkBook data can be added to existing reports and forms, and entirely new reports using this additional information can be created. With the unique and powerful WorkBook, it’s never been easier to customize a system to suit user’s special needs and requirements!

Document Linking

It has never been easier to keep track of important documents than with the Document Linking function! Designed to enhance the existing Notepad functionality, an unlimited number of documents can be linked to an item within BusinessVision - Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, text files, images, sound files, and virtually any other document type. Users are able to keep track of warranty information, assembly and installation instructions, specification sheets, voice messages, custom reports, spreadsheets, graphics, websites and more. Document Linking increases efficiency with true document management capabilities!

Mail Merge

Now users can easily create personalized promotional letters, newsletters, dunning letters, thank you notes, and more! The Mail Merge function automatically passes information from their Customer, Supplier and Employee files to a Microsoft Word 2000 document, or directly to e-mail. An unlimited number of mail merge “templates”, using Word’s extensive formatting capabilities, can be used. A simple pop-up list of available data fields is presented each time a new template is created. Mail Merge saves time and money by automating the arduous task of keeping a company’s name in front of their customers, staying on top of their Accounts Receivable, and enhancing communications with their key vendors and employees!

 SuperTicker

Designed to provide access to management information through a continuous scrolling marquee window, the SuperTicker information monitor displays text messages, followed by dynamically refreshed data from the BusinessVision system. For example, users can set the SuperTicker to constantly update them with the latest sales figures, so that they’ll always know exactly how well they’re doing! Users will know the exact value of their inventory, bank balance, or accounts receivable at all times! Information can even be displayed when pre-determined conditions are satisfied, such as the stock level of a critical inventory item dropping below a certain point, or a particular job exceeding certain gross profit margins. Users can also determine if an e-mail is to be created and sent when a certain condition, or time of day, is met. E-mails have been especially designed for “plain text messaging”, so that SuperTicker information can appear on personal wireless devices, such as pagers, cell phones, and other hand-held devices. The SuperTicker can be configured to monitor almost every aspect of a business, from revenues to expenses, and everything else in between!
